Assessment Centre

The West Park Assessment Centre provides a variety of comprehensive assessment services aimed at providing an impartial and credible third-party opinion for the resolution of insurance matters.

West Park Rehab Plus Rehabilitation and Wellness Clinic

West Park Rehab Plus is an on-site outpatient rehabilitation and wellness clinic providing integrated, multi-disciplinary and collaborative treatment within one facility. It provides results-oriented care through appropriate, timely and personalized treatments specific to patients’ individual therapeutic needs. Services are OHIP-covered and fee-based, depending on the program/service.

Prosthetics and Orthotics Service

The staff of West Park’s Prosthetic and Orthotic Service design and build prostheses (artificial limbs) and orthoses (orthopaedic braces) to improve the quality of life and independence of amputees.

Sleep Laboratory

West Park is home to the only Sleep Laboratory in the Greater Toronto Area that provides diagnostic sleep and pulmonary function testing for ventilator dependent individuals and those with complex medical conditions.
